We have Dr. Nima Mehran on for this episode, sports medicine orthopedic surgeon at Kaiser Permanente. He did his sports medicine fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic where he had the opportunity to take care of athletes from the Los Angeles Lakers, Dodgers, Kings, Sparks, the Anaheim Ducks, and the USC Trojans football team. Dr. Mehran is infectious in his positive attitude, has great energy, powerful on social media and upping the game in sports medicine. Topics include:

Don’t post just to post 2.) Be yourself and be genuine 3.) Don’t give medical advice: it’s a slippery slope 4.) Be respectful and understand perspectives.
